Shipping purchase
We also buy gold coins, silver coins, palladium coins and platinum coins nationwide by shipping. This is a sales option for customers who are unable to visit our Berlin store.
Please refer to our coin purchase list for the current purchase price.This is how it works in detail:
- 1) Contact us first by email or telephone so that we can already make a preliminary estimate.
Please do not send your coins without contacting us first!
- 2) If a purchase comes into consideration, we will give you a preliminary non-binding purchase offer after our contact. If you agree to this, you will receive an accompanying letter by e-mail as well as all the necessary information on shipping and our general terms and conditions. You can then send the goods to us.
You do not enter into any obligation to sell; you alone decide whether and when you sell during the entire sales process.
- 3) We will confirm receipt of your goods immediately upon receipt. If everything corresponds to your details, on which our non-binding offer is based, it will be checked for authenticity and, if the result is positive, you will receive a final purchase offer based on the current daily purchase price list.
4) If you agree to the final purchase offer, we will transfer the amount stated in the final purchase offer to you. If the purchase price is at least 2,000 euros, we will also pay the shipping costs incurred by you up to a maximum amount of 26 euros, from a purchase price of 5,000 euros up to a maximum amount of 30 euros.
If you do not agree with the purchase offer, we will inform you of the pure transport costs for the return shipment and send your goods back to you fully insured no later than the next working day after receipt of the pure return costs. The same applies if it turns out that the goods you have returned are not genuine.
We do not charge any handling fees!
Why a "provisional purchase offer"?
Our purchase prices are based on the current gold price. If the gold price falls, our purchase price falls. If the price of gold rises, our purchase price also rises, although the ratio usually remains the same. If, for example, the gold price rises by 1%, our purchase price also rises by 1%.
We can therefore only give you the final purchase offer at the time the coins are received; it is based on the purchase price list valid at that time.
You are nevertheless on the safe side:
If you send the coins with the shipping company recommended by us, the coins will usually reach us on the next working day.
As our purchase prices are linked to the gold price, the difference between the "provisional purchase offer" and the "final purchase offer" is small, and always to your advantage if the gold price rises.
We will confirm receipt of your gold coins immediately by e-mail and attach the purchase price list valid at that time for you to check.
You can also view and save the valid purchase price list on our website at any time.
If we refuse to purchase goods for which we have submitted a provisional offer, even though we have received them no later than 4 working days after submission of the provisional offer, they fully correspond to the information summarized in the provisional non-binding offer and they are genuine, we will bear the proven shipping costs for the outward and return shipment up to a maximum total of 60 euros.
In the event that we purchase your goods, we will pay the shipping costs for shipping within Germany from a purchase value of 2,000 euros up to an amount of 26 euros, from a purchase value of 5,000 euros up to an amount of 30 euros.
For reimbursement, please enclose the shipping receipt from the shipping company commissioned with the consignment.
For insured shipping, we recommend the same shipping company that we use for our customers. The shipping costs for an insured shipment are approx. 20.- Euro for shipments up to 2000.- Euro.You can of course also send your goods with other companies (DHL, UPS, etc.). Please note, however, that your shipment will not normally be insured. You can only track whether we have received the parcel!
